At Discount Home Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware and instructions, to ensure it is protected during transit and eligible for a refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
